Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply specifically to the Terminaster app and its related services. Pomisoft OÜ also publishes company-wide terms for other products; where something is covered only here, this page controls for Terminaster.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Terminaster (the "App") or related services provided by Pomisoft OÜ ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms and the applicable app store rules. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App except as allowed by law
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by law
• Use the App to violate any law or third-party rights
• Circumvent security, access controls, or usage limits

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Terminaster may offer auto-renewing subscriptions or paid features processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. When you purchase, payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.

Free trials. If offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends unless you cancel before it ends. Trial length and eligibility are shown in the App at purchase.

Auto-renewal. Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription renews and your account is charged at the then-current price.

Cancellation. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds. Billing and refunds for store purchases follow Apple or Google policies and support processes.

Price changes. We will notify you as required by the platform before new prices apply.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Terminaster to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights
• Upload or share unlawful, harmful, or abusive content
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or networks
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its content are owned by Pomisoft OÜ and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The Terminaster name and marks may not be used without our prior written consent.

6. User Accounts

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pomisoft OÜ and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Terminaster.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Pomisoft OÜ and its affiliates against claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you breach these Terms or as required by law or platform policies. You may stop using the App at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
