Data collection

DuelTempo has no account system, advertising, or cross-app tracking. Saved clock state, game history, custom time-control values, and app settings stay on your device and are not sent to Pomisoft servers.

Data stored on your device

DuelTempo stores preferences, custom time-control presets, and the latest recoverable live-game state locally on your device. This information supports app functionality and is not transmitted to Pomisoft. Removing the app removes its local app data, subject to normal Apple device-backup behavior.

Apple may retain device backups according to your iCloud or device-backup settings.

Product analytics

DuelTempo may use PostHog in an app version that includes product analytics. When enabled, PostHog may process app launches, screens and features used, interaction events, app version, device model, operating-system version, language or region, network information such as an IP address and coarse location derived from it, and a pseudonymous identifier. Pomisoft uses this information to understand feature use, diagnose problems, measure app performance, and improve DuelTempo.

Product analytics does not include clock or game contents, custom time-control values, support messages, payment-card details, or advertising identifiers. It is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking. Session replay is not used.

Where applicable law requires consent, product analytics will not be enabled until the required choice is provided. PostHog acts as Pomisoft's service provider. Analytics information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes, then deleted or anonymized.

Purchases

DuelTempo Pro is processed by Apple through the App Store. DuelTempo uses RevenueCat to validate the purchase, provide the Pro entitlement, support restoration, and measure purchase performance. RevenueCat receives purchase and entitlement information plus an anonymous app user identifier. DuelTempo does not send your name, email address, game activity, or payment-card details to RevenueCat. Apple's and RevenueCat's handling of purchase information is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Network access

DuelTempo does not operate its own backend service. The app may communicate with PostHog when product analytics is enabled, and with Apple's App Store services and RevenueCat to load, purchase, validate, or restore DuelTempo Pro. If you choose Email Support, iOS opens your mail app; that message is sent by your mail provider, not by DuelTempo.

Support communications

If you email support, Pomisoft OÜ receives your email address, message, and any app version, device details, or diagnostic information you choose to include. This information is used only to answer your request, troubleshoot the reported issue, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations. It is not used for advertising or marketing.

Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request and satisfy applicable legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized. Email service providers may process the message on Pomisoft OÜ's behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

To request access, correction, or deletion of support information, email hello@pomisoft.dev. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing and to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

DuelTempo does not ask children or other users to create an account or submit profile information. Please do not include unnecessary personal information in a support message.

Changes

If DuelTempo's data practices materially change, the updated policy and effective date will be published at pomisoft.dev/dueltempo/privacy before the change applies.
