You can request permanent deletion of your Sink In account and associated data, including saved learning progress and content tied to your account.
Request deletion
Email hello@pomisoft.dev from the address associated with your Sink In account. Include "Sink In account deletion request" in the subject so we can route it correctly.
If you used Apple, Google, or another sign-in provider, include the provider name and the email address or account identifier shown in Sink In, if available. We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership before deleting data.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Subscription management, cancellation, and refund rules are handled by Apple or Google where applicable; deleting the account removes Sink In app-side data after ownership is verified.
What gets deleted
We delete personal data associated with your Sink In account where we control it, such as account records, synced learning progress, saved items, and review history. We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
